Vintage ceramic heart scarf necklace

Unique vintage jewelry piece. Large ceramic heart, open in the back allows for scarf to be switched out by simply knotting it in. Original scarf attached. Possibly handmade, excellent condition from grandma’s closet clean out. Pictures show size measurement.
