Vintage checker print skirt with red shorts underneath. Such a good thrift find, but they are sadly too small. Really comfortable! Not too short, but definitely a mini skirt. Elastic and waist band and stretchy material. Could be worn to workout or as a cute outfit!

Measurements waist hip and length?

@gypsyrocker341 waist/hip is 15 inches, can go as wide as 20 inches with the elastic. Length is 14 inches from top elastic band to bottom seam :) the measurements for the bottom of the skirt are 21 inches.
