Vintage christening set

This was my christening gown and hat from late 1980s. Worn once, but unfortunately there is a stain at the neck. I haven't tried to remove it, so I don't know if someone skilled with stain removal might be able to revive this. Otherwise the outfit is in excellent condition. Smocked bodice, button back, sized 6 to 9 months.
