alohamimi @mrsscoops this is an outfit from the 80s so it’s meant to fit blousy it has a stretchy tank underneath but I’m measuring the bust at approximately 19 inches across and elastic waist is 17 inches across. Hips are solid cotton with no stretch and they are measuring approximately 20 inches across. Thank you for the shirt interest in this historically awesome piece!
