Vintage classic blue w/dots below the knee dress💙

This is a vintage dress I received from a friend of my grandmothers, it's beautiful and classy yet still casual, but too big for me now. It's a size 10in petite, to be specific. It was MADE IN THE USA. No sweatshops! It does NOT come with a belt, there are just belt loops. 4 large black buttons, small clear button under collar. It's light, it's soft, it's comfortable, and would be perfect out at a roller rink date! Blue is pretty true to photos, its not too bright but just right.
