Vintage designer dress. Snaps for bra straps. Back it fully enclosed but front waist is open on purpose. See pictures where I put sheet of paper to illuminate. Black base with green, red, white, tan and grey splatters in a diagonal pattern. Cocktail or work dress. Vintage size 14 (modern size 10) see photos for measurements. 46” long. Probably a polyester blend.
