Vintage cocktail polka dot dress SZ 2/4. OOAK

This vintage dress is from the 50’s or 60’s. Unique. It fits a 4 or smaller. Check measurements. Unique there are no tags of any kind. It has a tulle one shoulder strap and bustier black top. The skirt is ivory with print a black tulle polka dot print. There is a zippered back. Measures 16” pit to pit, 13” across the front of the waist and 35” pit to hem. Nice
