Vintage collection embroidered top

This is a beautiful top made by vintage collection. It has beautiful embroidery detail across the front and down the sleeves. There’s a slight gather on the shoulders so it can be worn on or off the shoulders. It is in excellent preowned condition. Armpit to armpit laid flat is 17 1/2 inches across the front
