@dittomoskito Hi Liliana! Truthfully I don’t know if the beads are genuine or not. I bought this necklace MANY years ago at a quality mid-century antique store. The necklace is quite beautiful, but just not in my color profile. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. Karen

@maryadorns Hi Mary! The beads are cold to the touch. As I replied in an early comment, I really am clueless as to the material. I would assume that they are a resin or some form of plastic like Bakelite as they are of that era. Sorry that I could not be more helpful.
