Vintage corduroy dress

Very dark brown/black vintage dress! Very Dutch inspired, looks like it’s from the 70s. Super cute square neckline w ruffled sleeves, ribbon details and soft but sturdy corduroy fabric. There’s no brand on the tag but the size says “California 7”...not sure what that means but would best fit a size small or Xs. Has a bit of stretch at the top w a bit of elastic but not much.
