May be a substitute for a hat or fascinator Band is white r off white. Jewels and flowers are pink, purple, green, yellow and red. Band has some stretch but should be fitted to maintain structure. Can wear with flower section at top or on side. Flowers has iced tips with a glitter white detail. All pices are in tact. Condition is excellent vintage. This fits a small Laying flat length 9”, stretches to 10” Total circumference 18” stretches to almost 20” Width. 3” Flower corsage diameter 6” There is a flower that is loose that can removed or reinforced with an adhesive or by sewing it.
