Vintage cottage core prairie skirt

Beautiful midi skirt in a green ditsy fabric. Two pockets and zipper and button in back. Has a sweet lace and ruffle detail around the bottom and is slightly flared. Not sure of material, but feels like cotton or cotton blend. Waist: 13.5” Length: 29”
