Brand is petites by COCO but I’ve worn this many times and I’m 5’8”. I’m a Small/Medium and it fits me great. Fully lined. Ruffle sleeves hit me at elbow. Waist unstretched is 10” I wear 28 or 6 pants would definitely fit smaller but not bigger. Total length is 43” Mede in USA
