Impeccable shape vintage cotton eyelet dress. Fully lined. Extremely dark navy blue-almost more like a faded black maybe? Lying flat: waist is 13”, bust 15”, shoulder to hem 43”. I am 5’ 4”, 125 lbs and it’s comfortable albeit a bit “roomy” in the bust (I’m a 32b) and flattering. There’s some belt loops for a thin belt and a short slit up the back.
