Vintage counter top head mannequin for selling hats ..scarfs

Very cool..possibly 70s counter top head mannequin.Perfect for a store to show off hats,scarfs and perhaps necklaces..In found condition..has some scuff marks that look like will clean up..It does have some tape residue on the right side and looks like a little paint loss from tge tape being pulled off..really sweet mid century looking mannequin..Measures about 19 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" across bottom base
