Vintage couture hand stitched late 1940s 1950s hand embroidered full tulle cocktail dress made in Italy by MORBAR size FR 44. Layered stiff tulle compline underneath to give fullness and structure… and all handiwork hand stitching is shown even with the attachment of the zippers at center back. Literally a one of a kind piece! Which is as timeless as it is beautiful! Measurements taken below while laying flat. Bust: 15.5” Waist: 13.5” Hip: 21” Width at bottom: 40” 2 fitted princess seams on center front to ensure an elegant and well tailored piece. From bottom of waist to bottom of skirt: 21” Sleeve length: 14.5” Opening of sleeve at shoulder: 5.5” Opening of sleeve at wrist: 4.5” Shoulder strap drop length: 4.5” Length of dress from top of strap to bottom of dress: 36” Zipper length at center back: 15.5” (with hook eye closure)
