this gorgeous vintage cream JCPenney raincoat has six buttons, cinched tailored waist, double breast pockets, and side pockets with buttons, cuffed with buttons, puff sleeves with shoulder pads, tie belt and fully lined. *** see last picture, there is a stain on the collar. I did not attempt to remove. shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16 in, sleeves are 24 in, shoulder to the top of the waist hem is 15 and a half, total shoulder to bottom hem is 45 in, tailored waist is 35 inches pbc6j6
