Vintage cream "New York Style" pencil skirt

With back to school around the corner, this kind of academia wear is super sought after! This cream skirt is true vintage, thick fabric and thick waistband! Size small and I think it's true to size, but it is stretchy so there is a little wiggle room! I usually wear a S/M and this was a little tight on me but not crazy.
