Vintage cream colored lace hat with veil

I imagine this was a wedding bonnet belonging to my husbands grandmother. It is made of lace that has been hardened into a ruffled lace cap. The veil does have a hole in it in front. It is reparable but I will leave it in its original condition as it is not noticeable unless pulled down. The hat is 7” inside measurement and 8” at outside of ruffle. It also has pretty rosettes of cream crinoline along the ruffled brim.
