Vintage cream lace detail dress/tunic

This is a beautiful, so much lace detail , vintage top elbow length sleeves with one little circle on top(shown in pic ) that can be tacked back to lace easily and would not be noticeable. Size large but fits like a medium A small or little medium could wear as a dress
