Vintage crop shirt casual / formal

Vintage shirt my guess would be 80s or maybe 90s would have been purchased by me in the early 2010's likely to be used for steam punk costuming. It stretches well and is in great shape. The elastic at the waist band is still very springy. some minor discoloration from age. All lace is in amazing shape no holes or issues that I detected.
