These are really cool Elastic waist with large belt loops they have a 13 inch rise The inseams are 12 inches But they got its widest is 15 inches across so 30 inch in diameter The hip measured at the lower part of the pockets is about 42 inches The waist is 26 to 34 inches and of course this is the high waist Big deep pockets on both hip seams These are true vintage from the early 1980s They are a polyester cotton blend
