Vintage custom dress from Buckners Long Island

Since this is a custom dress there is no size label. Measurements are taken flat. Pit to pit 17”, shoulder to waistline 10 1/2”, waist to hem 25” and waist 13”. seems to be an extra small. has a dark blue velvet bodice, blue satin waistband with bows and a light blue possibly polyester skirt. Skirt has a train that snaps on one side in the back. Bow in front has a rhinestone clip. This is a classic elegant dress for an party or occasion. Simply stunning. This is in excellent vintage condition.
