Vintage cutest little green dress ever

You are going to have so much fun wearing this dress! It appears to be handmade, with no size labeled. It has wonderful details like the top pleats and buttons and capped sleeves. Zipper back. Measurements in photos. Please note that this dress has been shortened, and the new hem was not done in the most professional manner. See photos. This could easily be redone, or let out to add length and then redone. Or left alone assuming everyone will be looking at the great dress, and not the hem!
