Charming little Turtle Pendant inlaid with MOP, etched brown shell and bright blue turquoise (likely sleeping beauty - a Zuni favorite) Crafted by noted Zuni artist Eva Etsate - enough of her signature remains on reverse to confirm 1 1/4 " x 1/2" Excellent vintage condition - unmarked as older pieces were not - but tests sterling And a great example of this wonderful artist's talent Necklace is strung with real MOP and tiny turquoise beads with sterling accents and is 18" in length A conversation piece - and a lovely gift for one who admires Zuni artistry - and turtles!
