posh11mark @risenroses Hi! Awesome! I’d appreciate all the measurements. I’m most concerned with the waist measurement. 15” is my go to, but sometimes I find that (if the waist measurement is less than 15”) I can go smaller if the elastic is really stretchy, not taut. Btw, I’m 5’9” and 145 lbs.

risenroses @posh11mark the brand is vintage - “daisy”. I uploaded photos of the measurements. The whole skirt, including the elastic band is super stretchy. I leave to your discretion!
