Vintage dark burgundy black velvet maxi dresss slit spaghetti straps 13

Length approx 56”. Waist 17” flat. Armpit to armpit 20” flat. Tags says size 13, modern day 10 or large. There is a spot of where the red is bright, see pic. It is vintagege so the coloring at he bottom lookss like ombré giving some vampire vibes. The color is more of a really dark burgundy black burgundy but camera is not picking it up.
