Vintage designer op-art silk scarf, unused

Someone must recognize the ornate signature of this 60's/70's designer? Please let me know. 100% silk, hand-rolled edges. Unused, perfect except two almost invisible small spots like light soil, photo lower right quadrant. 18.5" x 19.5".
