Vintage designer's model Robin egg blue jacket with black plisset skirt. Size 4

The jacket is tailored, has shoulder pads, and black bead decoration on the pointed bottom of the jacket. The jacket is fully lined. The plissee skirt is about 35" long. The material for both seems to be wool.
