Vintage dolman sleeve sweater 3/4 sleeve ribbon appliqué front design

This vintage 3/4 sleeve is giving classic French girl chic for me. It is understated yet completely unique in its design. The material is silky soft and lightweight, ideal for spring but can be layered with a nice thermal or thick lace long sleeve in the cooler seasons. I love how the sleeves can be pushed up to make this sort of puffy short sleeve moment I’ve modeled in my first pic ha ha. Point being, very versatile garment! There’s one tiny snag on the front which can be seen in the images. I’m sure some simple sewing trickery could fix this but I am not sure how myself and don’t want to make it worse 🙈
