Vintage double buckle waist belt made in France

Beautiful, chic, delicate leather belt made in France. To be worn on the waist, perfect for cinching a dress or a simple white button down. Burgundy leather, gold hardware, and two buckles, each with separate adjustments, means this can be made tighter or looser on both ends. Full length shown in pics. This is a special belt that I bought in Paris, but I have to downsize!
