Vintage dramatic black pleated midi dress with lining and sheer details

Beautiful vintage made in Canada. This dress is midi length and has dramatic pleating throughout the skirt. Beautiful criss-cross bodice detail. Can be worn as is or can be styled more casually with a tshirt underneath. Sheer skirt but built in lining keeps you covered. Full disclosure I have had to repair one strap.
