Awesome vintage dress featuring a delicate flutter collar and sleeves. Surplice neckline is entirely sewn. This is so pretty and looks rad w tall boots or tan wedges- I wore a thin sky blue belt tied in a knot in front or a wide braided faux leather belt. It is sheer so a slip under is👌🏽Super adorable w a big yummy cardigan over it for fall!🤓 Approx measurements(FLAT) 15" across shoulders, 10" elastic waist-unstretched (stretches comfortably to 27" waist), 39" long. Amazing condition!🍑
