Vintage black dress, good condition. 100% polyester. It is see through and would require a slip. Measurements are in the picture. Waist could stretch to 19in and bust can stretch to about 22in , laid flat. The material provides some stretch. A button is missing in the middle where the white section meets. It really looks like a classic black dress that takes you back in time.
