Beautiful Cecelia de Nunez vintage dress made in Bogota, Columbia. Looks to be from the 70s or early 80s. Gold color throughout with bright blues, pinks and yellows. Great alternative wedding dress or guest’s dress. Waist is elastic. Could use a hook and eye at the neck. Belt is missing. Add your own or remove the belt loops. Dress is unsized, but fits like a 4 or 6.
