Vintage dress

Vintage navy blue and white dress, cannot read tag, but dress excellent condition except for one small snag on skirt hem. Measurements: 14 inches pit to pit, 37 inch shoulders, 34 inch bust, 28 inch waist, and 36 inches long (neck to broom hem).Back zipper goes down 3/4 of the way, belt loop at the waist, but belt is not included, fake pockets at hips. Feels like polyester, last worn when I was a size 6. one snag on side but only noticeable up close and dress. originally had a hook of the neck closure but that came off.
