Vintage dress

Beautiful vintage dress from the 1980's, it's a size 16. l am a size 16 and it is tight around my thighs so l would say it fits a 14 better or someone with not as big thighs as me. It is in great condition with no stains! I am 5 foot 8 and it falls right above my knees. Belt not included.
