Vintage dress

Off white n black design dress with shoulder pads so you know it’s from the minimum, 80s, 3/4 sleeves, soft. Original buttons go from the top all the way the bottom so wear it open or not. Size 12. No belt. I added one for pictures but it isn’t even a belt it’s a purse strap hahaha I don’t even own a cute belt to go with it.
