Vintage dress Sartorialist print black skirt small XS

I bought this on Etsy. It's BEAUTIFUL and in amazing condition, but wasn't the right fit for me. The first image is from the Sartorialist of the same dress with a slightly different cut (you'll see the pattern ends at the bottom of the skirt in a different place) but it's the same basic dress as the one I'm selling (all the other pictures). This listing is for a Vintage Black & Paisley Print 1960s Handmade Flair Dress * Small. This dress has a solid black fitted top, a great kind of color block style paisley print pleated flair skirt, decorative buttons up the back, a side zipper and a matching black belt, but the belt loops could easily be cut off if you didn't want to wear the belt. Because this dress is handmade there are no tags, so please refer to the measurements to determine the fit. It has been stored in a garment bag for years, so the fabric may brighten up after being laundered. It comes just as pictured, measures 39" from the center of the neckline to the bottom of the front hem, 13" across the waist (or 26" total), 15.5" armpit to armpit, 14.5" from the middle of the shoulder to the waistline seam and would be a great addition to any vintage clothing collection.
