Vintage dress and bloomer set

First and only owner. NWOT vintage late 80s dress and bloomer set, never wore. My mom never put me in it and my daughter was out of this size by the time my mom passed them to me. bloomer elastic is still stretchy on the back but it's been on the hanger so long it's permanently at the hanger width but can stretch past that width still.
