Tourquoise and gold thread dress and jacket. Jacket has ruffle collar and front fringed edging and is lined. Jacket also has flared cuff and is just past elbow length. No fastening of any sort on jacket. Dress has long zipper in back. Made up of paneled seaming for dress body. Knee length and sleeveless. Scoop neck.
