Vintage dress with cascading collar neckline

Gorgeous vintage dress! It has a small tie to tie it in the back with a zip up and hook closure. No lining. It’s a vintage size 11 so pleases be sure to check measurements as vintage sizes are not the same as today’s sizing. I have set the sizing as I see accurate. Made in the US.
