**I found the belt!!!” Missing belt but 2 pictures show belts just to show how it would look(not included). Cover/jacket has shoulder pads but they could easily be removed- although the cover is meant to be a jacket for dress with a little pin it would be a wonderful blouse. 3/4 sleeves, probably meant to be pushed up (shown) blouse/jacket could be worn separately as the dress could be worn with a solid jacket for a different look, a very versatile outfit
