Vintage dress with matching long jacket pink and light green brocade

Late 50s to early 60s Flair of Miami two piece outfit. Absolutely adorable!! Both pieces are tagged a size 12 but measurements for jacket: PTP 18, shoulder to hem 37.5, sleeve (shoulder to sleeve hem) 22, arm opening is about 6 inches, dress: ptp 18, shoulder to hem 37.5, waist 15.75 , dress is in beautiful shape with the exception of a few stains which can be seen in pictures below, I have not tried spot treating and unfortunately is missing one button on the jacket and the eye for the hook and eye, this dress was dry cleaned about 10 years ago, I’ve had her forever! I unfortunately do not recall how it got these stains but believe they can be treated.
