Vintage drop waist dress

Vintage 2 piece drop waist dress! This dress is super cool, and comes with the detachable vest. It doesn’t say the size, maybe an 8-10 Dress has a little tie and little gold chain detail that goes across the tie. The vest has a little lapel pin that says Holland. I think this was a flight attendant uniform because the vest has a spot it looks like a name tag was pinned to. It’s missing a button but there is an extra sewed into the inside.
