Vintage drop-skirt dress, sz small, very soft

Vintage dress with reds, oranges, yellows, and blues. Could fits a size small, up to a size 8. Very soft material. Skirt is a drop-down style and is short (hits about upper thigh). Tie in the front. Bell sleeves that come down to the wrist. Small hole on back neck area that needs an expert sewer’s touch. Received many compliments in this dress especially on regular trips to Asheville NC.
