Vintage Black Retro Handbag, double handle Purse. Made by Empress, early 1960s. Shiny Black Meringue Vinyl, black fabric interior. (per thebagladyemporium). Dual kiss lock brass colored frames. Double interiors, 1 with metal zipper side pocket. Very Good pre owned Vintage Condition, a few indents noted on one side from storage without tears. Last used in 1975. Measuring 8 inches wide by 6.5 inches high with 14 inch double Handle.
