Vintage (early 90s) Tina Hagen Asian inspired dress

In very good vintage condition! Lovely Tina Hagan vintage, Asian inspired dress The front is black with white embroidered flowers The back is solid black There is a tie that you can tie in the front or the back as shown in pics 7 beautiful buttons down the front Shoulder pads 54% rayon and 46% acetate, with 100% rayon yarn embellishments Size small 18” armpit to armpit while lying flat 34 1/2” shoulder to hem (length) The buttons on this dress are a little loose, could use a little reinforcing. Would take somebody a few minutes to sew them on a little tighter. Just wanted to make you aware. In otherwise excellent condition!
