Vintage early 90s' black skirt with tiny roses

Vintage early 90s skirt with small roses with stems pattern. stretchy waist so it could fit a size 4 to size 8. Fully lined so nothing shows through at all and it hits at the perfect midi length. waist- 12" length- 23" measured laying flat
