Vintage early 90s dress

Interesting era of vintage, the drop waist of the late 80s meets the understated neutrals of the 90s. Great retro print. The 7 on the tag is still pretty accurate for waist size but as a warning, fabric has very little stretch and didn't fit over my bazoombas so a 34B/32C is about the biggest this can fit on top comfortably.
